 At OptimalCare Independent Services, we believe your schedule is important to your peace of mind and when it comes to providing home care services, your schedule is our schedule. We won’t tell you when to eat, sleep, or bathe. Our job is to provide the assistance you need, on your schedule, to get through your day with ease. 

Part of our commitment to the safety of your loved one is our system of ongoing monitoring. At OptimalCare Independent Services, our monitoring services ensure your loved one receives the best possible home care services. A member of our team will check in with your loved one at home and via phone calls to see how care is progressing and to address any concerns they may have.

 Each of our clients has a unique set of care concerns. We don’t ask you to conform to a predetermined set of services. We will create a customized home care plan that schedules care when you need it and includes the services you need assistance with. Care can be arranged for mornings, evenings, or for multiple visits during the day. Your caregiver will help with any care concerns you have. 

 We understand that inviting a caregiver into your home can be stressful. At OptimalCare Independent Services, we want you to know that we are 100% focused on your safety. Our home care agency is bonded, licensed and insured. Our caregivers participate in background checks. We provide our caregivers with training to advance their skills and knowledge of an individuals home care needs.
